BIOHABITABILITY REPORT STUDY
Our biohabitability report is a systematic and methodological analysis that comprehensively evaluates all environmental factors and variables present in the spaces where we live and spend time: home, work, leisure, study, and land for construction.
The study focuses especially on rest areas (such as bedrooms) and on long-use spaces, both at home and at work, where people remain for more than 6 hours a day.
It is important to highlight that we spend most of our lives in indoor spaces, where we are continuously exposed to environmental pollutants from different sources.
Over time, this exposure can affect health and the immune system, contributing to issues such as irritability, headaches, insomnia, respiratory conditions, reduced immune response, and even serious cellular alterations.
GEOBIOLOGICAL ANALYSIS DOSSIER
It is a technical report that analyzes possible natural radiation coming from the lower layers of the ground.
Its origin is related to the hydrogeology of groundwater, such as rivers, aquifers, and aquicludes, as well as geological structures like fissures, joints, faults, and cracks, which can have geobiological effects. These areas can facilitate the emission of gases such as radon or gamma radiation, potentially affecting human health.
Our study acts as a detection map that allows identifying the causes of environmental problems you coexist with, both in visible and invisible forms.
MEASUREMENTS AND DIAGNOSIS OF ELECTROMAGNETIC FIELDS / ELECTROPOLLUTION
We carry out a comprehensive diagnosis by measuring low-frequency electromagnetic fields, analyzing both electric and magnetic fields.
These emissions originate from electronic equipment, household appliances, electrical installations, as well as medium- and high-voltage lines (overhead and underground), transformers, and electrical converters.
We also evaluate high-frequency electromagnetic waves, measuring the power density in rest areas and daily use spaces.
These radiations mainly come from telecommunication systems (2G, 3G, 4G, 5G, 5G+) and wireless technologies such as Wi-Fi, WLAN, Bluetooth, radiofrequency, NFC, Zigbee, and Z-Wave.

VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds)
Harmful chemical substances mainly containing carbon and hydrogen, present in cleaning products, cosmetics, furniture, toys, plastics, and construction materials. Depending on the dose and exposure time, they can cause serious effects on human health and the environment.

Formaldehyde (HCHO)
Chemical compound classified by the WHO as carcinogenic, with mutagenic, neurotoxic, sensitizing, and allergenic properties. Found in particleboard, adhesives, and construction materials.

Carbon Dioxide (CO2)
Colorless and odorless gas formed in any combustion. In non-industrial areas, the main sources are people (breathing), heating, and cooking. High concentrations can cause lack of concentration, drowsiness, irritability, dizziness, sleep disruption, and respiratory problems.

Particles approximately 10 micrometers in diameter that deposit in the upper respiratory tract (nose, trachea, and bronchi).

Called fine dust. Due to their small size, they can penetrate bronchi, lung alveoli, and eventually the bloodstream, causing harm to the body. They may cause respiratory tract irritation/inflammation, respiratory diseases, worsening of cardiovascular conditions, and increased lung cancer risk.

Chemical element of natural origin from the Uranium-238 decay chain. According to the WHO, Radon is the 2nd leading cause of lung cancer, only surpassed by tobacco. It may also be linked to other types of cancer (stomach and brain).

Originating from construction materials in areas with high levels of radioactivity. Found in ceramic materials, granite, cement, plaster, etc., sourced from various locations.
